Manna Community Kitchen is a nonprofit organization providing free, nutritious meals and a welcoming community space for anyone in need. We serve meals throughout the week in downtown Northampton, Massachusetts and work to reduce food insecurity and isolation in our community.

Mondays - Thursdays, our main meal site is at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 48 Elm St. Northampton, MA.
We also serve meals on Fridays at Edwards Church, 297 Main Street, Northampton, MA.
We serve all of our Holiday Meals at Edwards Church. -
Everyone is welcome. You do not need to show ID, proof of income, or meet any eligibility requirements. Whether you’re seeking a meal, company, or community connection, Manna is here for you.

Manna has been part of the Northampton community for more than 30 years. We began as a grassroots effort to provide food for our unhoused neighbors and have grown into a vital resource for anyone facing hunger or isolation.

We serve hot, balanced, and nourishing meals prepared with care by our kitchen team and volunteers. Whenever possible, we use fresh and local ingredients, including donations from area farms and food partners.

Yes. We offer vegetarian options at every meal and do our best to accommodate common dietary needs.

Yes - we provide takeout options for those who prefer or need to take meals home.

Volunteers are the heart of Manna! You can sign up to help with meal prep, serving, clean-up, or food pickups. Visit our Volunteer Page to learn more and sign up for shifts.
